5. Microgreens - As of late, David and I have been loving microgreens! If you are unfamiliar with what they are, microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed. They're packed with nutrients, and as a result, induce a variety of health benefits! We love tossing them on our salads and prepped lunches. We get ours through a subscription at Hamamas. Check them out if you are interested in trying them!
